Internship at WVW
Hands-on organizational consulting experience with real client work and direct mentorship from Tiána
Real consulting work with real clients. Remote-first, 10–15 hours per week, semester-based. Academic credit facilitated. You'll leave with a letter of recommendation and direct exposure to WVW's diagnostic methodology.

Volunteer with WVW
Contribute your skills to mission-aligned work without a long-term commitment
Project-based or event-based — no ongoing commitment required. Remote when possible, DC/MD for in-person events. Volunteers receive first consideration when paid roles open and a letter of service verification upon request.

Consulting Partner
Subject-matter experts and specialized practitioners who work alongside WVW on client engagements
Project-based subcontracting on specific client engagements. Clear scope and payment terms in writing — no non-competes for your independent client relationships. Independent contractor status required. Submit a profile and WVW will reach out when the fit is right.

WVW Academy Instructor
Teach, facilitate, or develop curriculum for WVW Academy's credential programs and workshops
Per-cohort or per-module compensation, negotiated. Remote synchronous delivery, with in-person options for DC/MD cohorts. CHW program instructors must meet Maryland DOH requirements. Curriculum and materials provided — you bring the expertise and facilitation.
