I built WVW because I spent years watching organizations treat Black workers' mental health, CHW safety, and neurodivergence as line items instead of infrastructure — and watching talented people in community health positions get passed over because they lacked a credential that a classroom could have given them. That changes here.

Every audit module, every research case series, every practicum hour in the Academy exists because it produces measurable structural change — not optics. Designing workplaces where Black and neurodivergent brains can breathe.
