WVW Academy's CHW Certification Training Program is the only program in the DC/MD/DMV region where psychological safety and burnout prevention are required core modules — not electives. We train Community Health Workers who are equipped to serve their communities and sustain themselves across an entire career.

What joining the waitlist means
Early access. Waitlist members receive the application invitation 24–48 hours before the public.
Not a guarantee. The waitlist is not a seat hold. Admission is selective and essay-based.
Real review. Every application is read personally. Decisions are released within 5 business days of the application deadline.
$250 deposit holds your seat once accepted. All tuition must be paid in full by the end of Week 2 of class.
