Wholistic Vibes Wellness provides organizational consulting, psychological safety audits, burnout prevention training, neuroinclusion advisory, and professional development through WVW Academy. All services are educational and advisory only.

Our work is not a substitute for licensed legal, HR, medical, or therapeutic services. We do not provide individual mental health treatment, clinical diagnosis, employment law advice, or legal representation. No Guarantees

While we use validated diagnostic instruments, evidence-based frameworks, and real frontline experience to surface root causes, every organization is unique. Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside WVW's control, including:

• Leadership willingness to implement findings and recommendations
• Organizational readiness and internal capacity for change
• Ongoing commitment to structural implementation after the engagement ends
• External pressures including funding, staffing, and policy environments

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as reduced turnover, improved retention scores, elimination of burnout, or improved survey results. Sustained change requires ongoing internal commitment that extends beyond any consulting engagement.

Data Handling & Confidentiality

WVW takes data confidentiality seriously, particularly because we work in sensitive sectors including behavioral health, HIV services, senior care, and government agencies. The following practices govern how we handle all data collected during engagements:

• Anonymization: All audit and assessment data is anonymized and aggregated before analysis. Individual responses are never individually attributed or shared with leadership.
• Limited use: Raw data is used solely to generate your customized diagnostic report and recommendations. It is never sold, shared, or repurposed for any other purpose.
• Secure platforms: All data is handled on secure, encrypted platforms. Nothing is stored in unprotected email threads or consumer-grade tools.
• Mutual NDA: Every engagement is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
• Retention and deletion: After project completion, we securely delete or return all raw data per your written instructions. You choose the disposition.
• Aggregated insights: WVW may use fully anonymized, sector-level patterns from aggregate data to inform speaking, training, and sector advocacy. No individual organization or person is identifiable in any public-facing work.
