Tiána Lynn founded Wholistic Vibes Wellness to help organizations build cultures where people can perform meaningful work without sacrificing their integrity or mental health.
Her background includes behavioral health services, case management, human resources, compliance systems, and workforce development. Through this work she saw firsthand how burnout and moral exhaustion develop when organizational structures fail to support staff.
Her approach focuses on practical frameworks, leadership clarity, and neuroinclusive systems that allow organizations to operate with both compassion and accountability.
