Refund Policy

Course-specific terms

Refund and transfer eligibility may vary by course, booking type, third-party certification requirements, and the terms stated on an invoice, registration page, or agreement. Those stated terms control when they differ from this general policy.

Participant requests

Refund, cancellation, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to WVW Academy. Approval may depend on notice, course materials already issued, completed prework, nonrefundable third-party fees, and the ability to fill the seat.

Academy changes

If WVW Academy cancels or reschedules a session, affected learners receive available transfer, rescheduling, credit, or refund options based on the circumstances and applicable course requirements.

No automatic reservation

A submitted form does not create a paid registration or confirmed booking. Payment and written confirmation determine the applicable refund terms.
