Payment Policy
Payment terms for public registration, group bookings, and organizational engagements.
Public Adult MHFA
Public Adult Mental Health First Aid training is $225 per learner. Submitting a registration form does not reserve or guarantee a seat. A seat is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Unless another deadline is provided, payment must be completed within 48 hours of registration.
Group registration
Groups of five or more qualify for $175 per learner when learners are registered and paid as part of the same organizational or group booking.
Private and custom engagements
Additional terms may apply to private sessions, custom scheduling, travel, facility requirements, or services outside the standard course format. An inquiry does not reserve a date. A date is confirmed only after WVW Academy approves the request and all required payment or agreement terms are completed.
